Created in 2018 out of a passion for delivering high quality safety and security consultancy services and training.

K&K provide bespoke, pragmatic, and proportionate consultancy services and training for your business needs. We listen to our clients and work with integrity to deliver solutions tailored to their needs.

We provide safety and security risk management consultancy and training. We are multidisciplined Consultants with an ever developing network who are highly specialised in all areas of Safety, Security and Risk Management.

Working in the highly regulated nuclear industry has provided us with a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of safety and security, allowing us to develop a network of industry professionals operating throughout the UK. It is this network that enables us to deliver tailored and proportionate solutions to help manage and reduce risks. We can support audits, providing gap analysis and supporting your business to get audit ready or provide post audit support. We provide consultancy and advice in numerous areas. These include:

We utilise Suitably, Qualified and Experienced (SQEP) consultants who have a wide range of experience in working in highly regulated environments. We specialise in supporting companies to enhance their documentation, work with them to design secure new builds or enhancements to existing operational facilities. We are experienced in nuclear regulations and work with our clients to develop pragmatic and proportionate solutions. We work in both large and small-scale facilities, highly secure environments and areas where stakeholder management is key to success. We provide advice and consultancy on latest legislation and procedures, which includes but is not limited to the Nuclear Security Assessment Principles (SyAPs), Nuclear Industries security Regulations (NISR), Martyn’s Law and the Joint Emergency Services Interoperability Principles (JESIP).

We work closely with a network of specialist companies and individuals to provide tailored solutions for businesses. These include consultants, trainers, auditors and investigators who have a vast range of experience and knowledge in the UK Criminal Justice system, civil nuclear and the safety and security industries.
